Licensed Mental Health Counselor

A place to hold both the beautiful and the shattered.

Depression, grief, and trauma are difficult loads to carry alone. Therapy is a relationship where the stories of your life can be shared, witnessed, and gently explored.

There is no pain on earth that doesn't crave a benevolent witness.
— Sue Monk Kidd
Welcome

Therapy is a place to learn to hold our whole story.

Often the search for therapy begins when there is no benevolent witness to our pain.

The therapeutic relationship plays a central role in the healing process. I work collaboratively with my clients to foster a relationship where these stories can be shared and explored. Every person has developed a style of relating as a response to the world around us — in therapy we can explore how that style shapes current relationships and quality of life.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering in-person therapy in the greater Seattle area and remote sessions to clients around the world. My work is rooted in trauma and abuse recovery, while recognizing that every person’s story, needs, and circumstances are different. I consider it a sacred privilege to bear witness to the lives of my clients and to help create the conditions for stuck places to loosen, new possibilities to emerge, and hope to take root.
